How can the settings of the table. I found the blocks, but I'm not sure how the forks, when the guests come her cutlery, napkins and plates at the buffet ....

You can use the napkins and silverware on the table ... as relying on it, or how do you see:

They also have a buffet, and we expect that the SilverWear and a glass of champagne will be created on the welfare of the table, so that when the time OCME toast, the waiter filled champagne glasses, then when it comes to men their bowl of food while in the buffet and then back to the table and waited SilverWear:)
I hade wrapped a reception buffet wedding, too, and I do not have the silverware in cloth napkins with carts in the middle of each seat with a good will on them .. It sounds cliché, but it went very well ... and where I ate dinner .. that's where the plates.

Put napkins and silverware on the tables. The boards can be on the buffet. :)

Sounds causual and there is nothing wrong. I wish I had the money, and just like on the table before eating. I wish all the guests they want.
