Enamel Chrome is more durable, White eventually fade and flake off. If it is an electric railway (Gr) chrome models are less expensive, heated because of the low-power operating factor, and radiate heat better than the versions of the enamel.
I think it depends on what the color of the bathroom. And how you want it to lead. Chrome is very modern and highlights. White is a little more discreet.
I am convinced that neither looks good.
Mine is chrome plated. I have a white radiator on the opposite wall that will not conflict in any way and chrome towel seems well with mirrors.
